Logo Design Brief
NEW: I have been thinking about this and discussing with colleagues and professionals. I would like to change this to LEAD Physician or Physician LEAD.
HELP sounds like the doctor is struggling and no doctor wants to admit they are struggling to lead. Instead LEAD means they are just doing what they are meaning to do and getting help to LEAD others. I'm thinking should it be LEAD Physician or Physician LEAD.

(I am forming a new company and at first was going to call it HELP Physicians or HELPP to stand for Healthcare Executive Leadership Program for Physicians (by physicians) or maybe HELPPP or HELP2 or HELP3. I have a couple logos developed but getting feedback that doctors do not admit they need help so this is not going to draw customers. I needed something to represent leadership, medicine, physician, growth, money mindset, success, transformation, wealth, opportunity, collaboration, patient care, etc.)
Updates
You don't have to keep the name HELPP if you can be creative and give me another name.
The point is we have healthcare problems in the U.S. The doctors need to be taught leadership to be at the top of the leadership board. We can't have healthcare be only controlled by administrators who don't have a healthcare background. Doctors are not taught how to be great leaders in medical school. there are other programs but many are not solely led by doctors.
This is physician to physician.
