We need a logo for the LEAGUES Fellowship. LEAGUES is an acronym for Leadership Exposure for the Advancement of Gender and Underrepresented minorities Equity in Surgery. It aims to provide an early introduction to procedural specialties and their key role in advancing women and underrepresented minorities clinicians in our country, surgical research with a focus on healthcare outcomes and policy, and trainee level advocacy for the medical rights of marginalized communities. The logo should communicate leadership, community, support, diversity, equality, equity and inclusion and surgery/medicine.
