We require a logo for our organization. We are a short term private lending company that provides easy/approachable/quick bridge financing for people who require capital in the in between stages of when they have sold their current home and don't obtain the majority of their equity until the sale completes. This can cause hardship and stress that we alleviate by providing short term capital wired directly to their bank account. No credit checks/inspections/appraisals/income verification /payments/payment fees are due in part or whole until their sale completes. Funds can be used for whatever purpose the customers need - for example - deposits on next purchase, moving expenses, furniture for new home, tax payments, cash flow or miscellaneous. This is all facilitated through the professionals they have hired (Realtors & Solicitors) Our company requires three documents from customers - very simple.
