Illustration Design Brief

I need a couple of playful renderings of a 40 year old referee (much like you would see during an NFL game). Black and white striped shirt, whistle, and a ball cap. I have attached a photo. The cap should have my Lease Ref logo (website is www.leaseref.com). I have attached an image of the whistle only. The final image is going on my home page and I want it to look like we just hand drew it right on the home page. The full body rendering can either be a hero shot of hands on the hips, or it can be a referee calling a penalty (just google image NFL referee for some inspiration). The upper body shot will be used in the header of the lease review PDF that clients receive from us. I have attached a sample report - I am going to move the stuff in the header to make way for the referee focusing on reading their lease (think of it as if you would someone intensely focusing on a book, but instead it being a book it is a 50 page legal document with LEASE on the cover page that can be seen in the image. I have attached a photo for inspiration. I will need the transparent images of both JPGs. Thank you!
