Poster Design Brief

I'm looking for creativity and fun in a banner that I will hang on a large tree outside my house facing a neighbor. He just started decorating for Christmas and I always joke with him that it is too early. This is a fun project. Nothing too serious. I welcome your skills to make it awesome.

I have the basics of a sign designed (attached), but I need it brought to the next level with better font and images.

Banner will be printed at 4-feet x 8-feet.
Top part of my mock up is most important to see/read easily.
