Flyer Design Brief

I am looking for a clean and modern and edgy brochure for my ultrasound company. We are a fairly new company specialize in 3D/4D ultrasounds.Our brochures will be placed in OB-GYN offices in high end areas around Los Angeles, so we need something that will stand out and capture a modern woman's attention. Our logo is currently in the process of being designed, so I don't have a picture to provide quite yet, however it will be our company name"Bun + Oven" written in a special font that looks like neon lights. I will attach a few images of what our logo will be like, and some initial content that can help provide the layout we would like for the brochure. please feel free to also take a look at our website. www.bunovenultrasound.com.
