Logo Design Brief

The name of the newly founded Austrian company is "AGIS - Industrial Services GmbH". The additional line "A Member of CEMTEC Group" should also be included, however, it should be smaller than the rest. "AGIS" should be the biggest element in the logo. The file which I uploaded depicts the official logo of CEMTEC. The symbol in the logo should be used for the AGIS logo too to show its affiliation with CEMTEC. The colors for the AGIS logo should be similar to the CEMTEC logo (although they don't have to be exactly the same). In case you suggest an alternative, it should at least be a similar color group (e.g. not red).
