Flyer Design Brief

We need a flyer for a mail action to attract people's attention and to get new items for sale. We would like to focus on a kind of full service package, where a complete package should be advertised from a single source. Clearing out, sale guarantee, increase in value through renovation when accessing own craftsmen, home staging, etc. The flyer should be as possible to point out the benefits for the customer to have to take care of yourself. The design should be simple, elegant, yet down-to-earth and match the design and colors of the existing logo. The slogan "We Love Real Estate" should be incorporated as much as possible
