You probably don't know, but low 1 and 2 star ratings discourage designers from coming up with new ideas. Because low grades lead to a disaster the personal rating of the designer. Please. If you don't like a design - eliminate it, but without stars. Or leave it with zero stars. Thank you for your understanding

Thank you for the heads up. I just removed all star ratings from designs that we either: eliminated or passed up.
