Web Design Brief

We have a new website being made and need a design for an online calendar that is interactive and very simple and easy to use. On our main page this calendar will include all of our courses (approx 30 different ones with up to 8 different locations). On our sub pages which have course information, the calendar will only include details of that specific course. Details needed are: Course code, course name/title, date, duration (1/2 day - 5 days), location, price, discount price. Maybe also a key for available or limited spots left? We want a section at the top of the calendar to be able to filter by location or course, and maybe to filter by month also? I have included a spreadsheet with a sample of our courses with this information. Also a sample draft of the main page on our new webpage to show the colour green which is our company colour. Main notes - we want as simple, effective and easy to use as possible.
We will need to know what plug in we can use to get the design you have created.
