Flyer Design Brief

I need a flyer that i can use at different venues that offers the same thing - a complimentary stay in the Abbey Catering company owned Puerto Vallarta Villa for 4 nights and 5 days. I need a template of a design that i can modify so it's venue specific. For example, i want it to say: "Confirm your reservation at XXXXXXX venue alongside the Abbey Catering and receive a complimentary stay in the Abbey Catering's company owned villa for 4 nights and 5 days! Daily cleaning, shopping and cooking is included."
