Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a smart luxury brand style logo for villa called "Los Secretos" which is a beautiful 10-bedroom beach front villa in the town of Las Terrenas on the Caribbean island of the Dominican Republic.

At the moment we are thinking of having the words "Villa Los Secretos" either around or above/below an icon or letter-mark (VLS), but feel free to let your creative juices flow and come up with your own ideas/concepts.

Ideally the logo should give people who view it the feeling of:
- "It's a SECRET"
- Luxury
- Elegance
- Caribbean
- Vacation
- Relaxation

Also, keep in mind that the logo must be flexible (i.e. we want to be able to use the words/icons/lettermarks separately) as we wish to use the logo in multiple places and multiple ways (e.g. merchandise, furniture, signage, etc.)

We have attached the following files to help you design a logo that matches the villa and our requirements:

- Preferred colour palette to use
- Photos of the exterior of the villa
- Photos of example designs for the interior styling for bedroom and kitchen
- Floorplans (2D & 3D)

Target Market(s)

The villa is being marketed as a rental property for groups, events and large families who are looking for a unique and memorable Caribbean experience/holiday.

Requirements

Must have

• All imagery MUST be unique and original creations
• Logo must be easy to read and recognised from a long distance (e.g. on a road sign from a car and as a small app icon or favicon).
• The name of the villa is "Los Secretos" so please make sure you keep these two words in the same font weight, style, etc. and make them at least equal if not bigger/bolder than the word 'Villa'.

Nice to have

• Please be creative and clever with the designs, possibly trying to incorporate multiple images within each other subtlety giving the notion of secrecy. (e.g. using the shape of a hand giving the 'Be quiet' or 'Shhhh' sign as the base of a plan tree; or somehow integrating a padlock; or any other clever ideas you may have).
• Perhaps try using negative space somehow.

Should not have

• Do NOT use any clip art
• Do NO use generic iconography/imagery
• Stay away from cliche designs and concepts (e.g. house, roof, beach, sea, sun, etc.)
