Logo Design Brief

This is a carwash logo to hang on the building and for flyers and signs. Preferably no more than 3 colors.
Our slogan will be "you always have time for a quiki" however, I was thinking this would NOT be part of the logo, but not necessarily opposed if it works in someone's design.
