Word Template Design Brief

Warpcom needs a modern and fresh corporate word template (*.dotm). We are a technology integrator the operates in the ICT sector in Portugal and Spain. Our solutions and services are detailed here: warpcom.com.
This word template should have mainly Warpcom's blue tones, and among other purposes, it's meant to be the basis of our commercial proposals. As such, in the cover page we need to place info such as: project name, client name, Warpcom reference, client reference, date and document type (the latter with less visual emphasis).
Our official font is Raleway and we are also sending our Brand Manual where the official company colors are specified.
Concerning the components of the document, we would like to have an index, 5 headings levels, 5 bullet points levels, 2 table styles and the other components that are part of the document we are also sending.
