Logo Design Brief

We would like to update our logo to have a more modern feel to it with cleaner lines. The "Magik Man" is a key to our identity so we want to keep that, but we want it refreshed. We are open to ideas, but the logo should contain the magik man and our name. The design should be able to work on many different items, trucks, shirts, website, , letterhead, promo material, etc... The Magik Man design should not be drastically different but should have a subtle updated feel, sharper lines, cleaner appearance. It should be easy to tell it's a man carrying a piece of glass with a rag hanging from his pocket. Please don't just reuse our design with a new font.
