Graphic Design Brief

We need an image design for a world map to use on our website. (image needs to be large).We would like the world map to be made of cogs (see picture below).We would like the cogs to be white/grey and the background to be black (see second image below). We would like one version of the image to have a black background and version to have a transparent background so it can be used on dark backgrounds.We require New Zealand to be present on the map also, not left out like some maps tend to. If a version can be a moving image (gif) where the cogs are moving that would be even better!
