Logo Design Brief

Require fairly modern looking logo for marine electrician. Open to suggestions. I like the attached logos and would like to see some form of adaptation into marine industry.

In terms of the logo text, I want the Seaspark to be the main text, then marine electrics underneath a lot smaller.

I think blue is a good colour, would like to be able to be printed on both dark and light back grounds.
