Logo Design Brief

Need a logo that either solely consists of letters or has letters and some sort of place indicator, for a venue were Dutch people can meet in Cannes, France. Color scheme: orange and white, possible addition of red, white and blue (flag) in place indicator. Logo should be (almost) square. Hub is leading (should be biggest), Holland and Cannes should have (about) equal presence.
