Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design to represent the work I am doing as a counselling therapist. My business is called Mountain View Counselling. As a therapist, my hope is to support individuals by walking alongside of them through their journeys and the obstables that come along the way. I want the logo to communicate the hard work of overcoming life challenges -- this may mean getting to the top of the mountain and/or appreciating the journey of progress on the way to the top. The logo should include the name, and a mountain, maybe a rainbow..
I like modern, simplistic design. But want the logo to be soft, warm and welcoming.
