Hi you can always count on my interactions through feed back, my responses might not be right away in some cases however it should not exceed the 24hrs to get back to you.
Regarding the guaranteed, I have work on my previous project and end it up grantees it, do not be discourage by the payment guarantee. I normally like to see two or three design rolling in before committing to payment to any designer. I understand that the work that you guys do has a lot of hours build in to it, to not get paid at the end. However in my case I pretty certain that I will be chasing a design and guaranteeing the project sooner than latter.

Once I start to see some of the design, I will be guaranteeing the design for sure.
