Logo Design Brief

I am starting a home inspection business in Rockford, IL, also know as the Forest City. I would like my logo to convey professionalism, while also conveying a sense of comfort and home for my clients. The ideal logo design will be limited to 2 colors, possibly 3 if it makes sense for the final design. The logo should be conducive to use in embroidery applications such as company shirts/ hats. I would like lines bold enough to show clearly when in small format such as on business cards though not thick and heavy lines. The design should include the silhouette of a tree(s) and possibly incorporate the silhouette of a home. Another possible addition could be a rising/setting sun behind the home/trees. The main graphic can either by framed by the company name or the name can be positioned underneath the graphic in a professional and simple font. I've included a few logos that somewhat represent what I'm looking for in design and color, but I am open to other ideas in design. I somewhat prefer the style of graphic and type of tree shown in the "Forest City Web Hosting" example I've included, but again am open to other ideas. I do like the blue and green color palette though. Text must include LLC.
