Waypost Realty is a new residential and commercial real estate company lead by an agent/broker who is venturing out on his own, away from the big companies (Coldwell Banker, ReMax, Century 21). This new company is focused on customer service, open communication and partnership with the client. It is 80% residential, 20% commercial. The new company will have 10-15 agents.Family, community, faith: these are the core pillars the agent/boker’s impending real estate venture. As a result, open communication, honesty, and integrity are also important factors in every client partnership. This means that he doesn’t just handle the purchase or sale of a house for his clients. He makes a point to coach them in parts of the process like negotiation, helps clean up messes like financial setbacks and sales that fall through, does his due diligence, and encourages them to take calculated risks for optimal results. Whether it’s someone’s first home or an agent’s oldest rental, the professional side should always have a noticeable personal touch to bring it all together for the client. The agent/broker and his team may be branching out from selling homes on the coast, but there will always be that local, communal feel when you work with them. Because at the end of the day, it’s about growth. Yes, buying and selling quality homes and buildings is the business, but he is all about fostering personal and professional growth, too.
