Flyer Design Brief

We need the same design for 4 separate service offerings to put inside our sales folder. Each insert should be laid out the same with different images and text and the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th should each be 3/4" shorter than the previous one so that when all 4 are inserted into the folder you see the black strip with text showing what the service offering is. Basically staggered inserts.
