Wordpress Design Brief

I need a one page website created for Avved a cutting edge real estate agency. Please read the must haves for more information on the design. The website must be created into a wordpress theme and the winning designer must install wordpress and the site into my hosting included as part of this project. The site must also be secure and perform well with optimised images etc.

Requirements

Must have

• The project must be a modern, cutting edge website created in a similar style to leading modern brands. It must have flat graphics and look very good. Most real estate websites are not very good and I want this website to be the best in the industry.
• It must also be responsive and look good on mobile as well as desktop. Please make desktop versions first and if you are likely to be the designer I choose then I will get you to make up a mobile mock up once the website is almost done. Please design the site however you feel best and I will provide feedback from there. I am getting the logo created at the moment in another design competition so please use a mock logo for now and when the logo is finalised I will upload it in this brief. The logo will be white/red and the colour palette of the website needs to be dark. The red colour used must be #e60611 or CMYK C - 3% M - 100% Y - 100% K - 1% or RGB R - 230 G - 6 B - 17.
