The interiors are major linked to the exterior in every house project. May I ask how could you agree to the main functions to be on the street side? And to have the stairs facing the little park on the side ? You sacrificed the best part of your plot to the elevator and stairs...and bathrooms? Can you send us a picture with the action on the building site.

My profile is not updated on this site, but I guess you noticed from the questions that I asked that I have a little experience in housing projects.

Regarding the materials used ... Do you want to fit in with the crowd ? Or to be set apart ? :) Italian marble should be used in our days on the inside, as it is quite weather challenged.:) (if you want an architecture piece not just a real estate advertisement house...real architectural pieces sell really above price market even from a luxurious home, like the one that you posted that you like - expert opinion there are thousands of houses looking like that.nothing special about it, I prefer to be completely honest because I know what it means to build a house and how expensive it is)

Also the worst part of the plot has been used for the swimming pool having north-est imagine all that humidity going into your basement, plus you could not use it in the afternoon due to lack of direct light.

Of course I may be wrong on all my assumptions because I don't have a clear picture of the neighbors can you please update this ?(Or a simple way could be you giving us the address to check it out on Google maps in a private message - than we can see the exact climate and neighborhood thus stop making wrong assumptions)

Really hope to get an answer from you soon, because I can deliver in one day your project : ) minding the time difference.
