Logo Design Brief

I would want a logo that captures a splash of paint with colors from pink, yellow, blue, and lime green within the splash. (Colors aren’t set in stone just fluorescent and bright) A “Q” somewhere on the top of it, but somewhere off to the side, with feministic touch for the lettering, and the words “of” in cursive in the middle. I have attached color ideas for the splash, and a starting point for an idea.
