We are training the next generation of political and civic leaders. We specialize in recruiting nontraditional leaders with lived experience because the people closest to the problem are closest to the solution. Our leaders are poor, formerly incarcerated, black, brown, Mothers, LGBTQ and nonbinary people who fight to improve their communities every day. Our program opens doors to appointed and elected office. We need a logo/look that connects to our mission Getting people to Step Up into Leadership, Opening Doors and Opening minds.
