Logo Design Brief

We need either: (1) variations on/cleaning up existing logo designed by non-graphic designer business owner; or (2) a fresh design take for logo for business called "Fidelio Business Advisors". We consult for companies that provide web-enabled, integrated Human Resource (HR), Payroll and Benefit Solutions for small businesses and their employees. Fidelio is the name of Beethoven's only Opera. It took him 10 years to write and perfect, failing several times along the way. It is now regarded as a masterpiece. I'd like the logo to capture the idea of strength and confidence with an homage to Beethoven. Once I have a logo, I'd like to work with same designer in a followup project to integrate that logo into PPT slides, letterhead and even into website design. I've included the current versions of logos that I created using simple Microsoft office tools as a starting point. At a minimum, the logos I've created need to be crisper and higher resolution.
