Signage Design Brief

I need a menu board design that is not cluttered, easy to read, playful and the style of healthy and fresh for a juice bar. I will be editing the details of the items, so basically the design is all I need. I prefer the files to be in Microsoft Publisher as I am most familiar, but I have illustrator as well, but not as advanced on that. The size should be 36"x36". I will create 3 seperate boards from the one design.
