Logo Design Brief

We need a Logo design for a new company called 'WePay' for a Crowdfunding platform in the Real Estate industry and loans investment business. Our initial services would be to pay for the residential properties and let owners lease it until they move to the new homes. We'd like to see designs that use colors: positivity, optimism -> yellow; and/or security, comfort -> brown; and/or money -> green.
