Logo Design Brief

We are a pre-settlement funding group called 'Triumph Legal Funding' based out of New Jersey. We help people who are needing help in the personal injury space. We have a current logo but are not happy with it. Colors that we would like to use in the design are black, white and/or gold. We also have an example of something that we liked, uploaded below. An elegant feel is something that is important to us too.
