Brief for logo design.

Who we are.

We are a new company based in Cyprus in the city of Limassol.
The name of our company is Make Space Development. It was inspired by Henri Lefebvre book “The Production of Space”.

The current web site for the company is already www.makespace.group

What we do.

The company does real estate development:
- it buys land, designs and builds buildings (residential, office, hotel, retail, leisure)
- sells/rents apartments, office/retail premises, student residences, hotels

THE COMPANY CREATES COMFORTABLE SPACE FOR HUMAN USE.

It is planned that in future there may be a group of companies working around the core business of real estate development: design, construction, property management, agency services, interior design and decoration.

So, the name may transform into MAKESPACE GROUP.

Nice to have

• The name of the company used in logo (like GAP or EY) is welcomed.
• The core word in the name of the company is MAKESPACE (MAKE SPACE).
• Name of the company may be written either by CAPITAL LETTERS, or by lowercase letters (makespace) or by Initialized (MakeSpace). It can be one word or two.
• Squared shapes are welcome.
• 3D logos are welcome.
