Logo Design Brief

Hi, we are very small family owned company from Czech republic (working since 1992, current name CZ-Diamant-D,s.r.o., web: www.diamant-hk.cz ) with currently very old fashioned logo design and not proper company name which doesn't suit my idea of "brand".So I'm looking for a new logo design with new company name and possible future cooperation on other things related with company/ brand. Our main products are segmented diamond tools. It means we produce segmented diamond cutting blades (mainly), diamond core drills and other various tools related with stone, concrete and other materials cutting, grinding etc. The requirements for a logo should be simple, flat, using black, red,gray and it's shades (other colors possible but be careful). Very common in logos of other companies is using shape of diamond or a segmented diamond blade as a part of a logo. I’m not against it but clever design is welcomed. PS:The secret of all is that in these tools aren't used "natural diamonds" anymore but CNB particles (cube-octahedral structure) mainly. The logo will be used also for a laser engraving on the tools, new business cards design, car-design, website, brochures, social media ect. Simply everything related with company/brand.

• The secret of all is that in these tools arent't used "natural diamonds" anymore but CNB particles (cube-octahedral structure) mainly. I think might be nice to use this structure in logo.Very common in logos of other companies is using shape of diamond or a segmented diamond blade as a part of a logo. I’m not against it but clever design is welcomed. I'm very open for a discussion, advices and so on. Also "Made in Czech republic" might be incorporated but it's not necessary. Looking for a simple modern and serious design which will impress me.
