T-shirt Design Brief

I need a design for a t-shirt that is no more that A4 in size. (can include white colour) please be able to provide the final artwork in an unlocked Adobe illustrator file AND high res PDF. Designs are for women!

These are not being sold in retail so there are no copyright infringement issues
