Logo Design Brief

I would like to create a logo for my small bookkeeping practice. notl Booking & Tax Services will offer bookkeeping and tax services for area residents. I would like a logo and stationary that is clean, bold colours and timeless. I like using black and blue colours, sample attached. Everything should be reflect that this is accounting and tax practice and not a night club.
