If you are serious about it I would suggest guaranteeing the payment.

I believe you will attract a more serious pool of designers (Including myself) by doing so.

Thanks Martin, unfortunately I am not comfortable guaranteeing payment when I'm not sure of the quality of designs that will come through. I have however had non-guaranteed jobs on here before and followed through, which is my intention again if I find the right design. Thanks for understanding.

Hello,
I saw that you have submitted your photos for the website. However, the deadline for submission is over now. All of these can be easily added when the winner project is selected, and the design can be adjusted based on the requirements with new photos. Since it is only one photo I have updated one of the designs, but do not think there is a need to resubmit the entire project because of this. Waiting for your feedback!
