Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a designer to design a logo based on the following criteria. The idea behind the logo is moving teeth digitally. I like to select a top view of either front teeth (incisors, canines, or premolars - google it) and have a ring around these teeth. The ring is the letter O for orthodontics. This ring is a wdiget that is moving the tooth. The logo should show the motion on the tooth with the graphic design. Ideally simple lines with one color.
