Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a simple, yet “to the point” design for my softball pitching instruction business. I want it to look professional. Many logos with softball tend to be a bit “cheesy.” I am not opposed to having a girl pitching in the logo, but I want it to look mature. Bailey Watts Pitching needs to be somewhere in the logo. I would love if the BWP could be within the logo versus just written out. But if it can’t be done, it’s not a deal breaker for me. Please note that simple does not mean just lettering or a softball for what I’m wanting. I want it to be effectively simple. Thank you so much!!!
