Can you please tell me what email newsletter service you will use say Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor etc. Because as per the service we will follow their guideline when design the email.

Hello CH,
As per the project type( uncoded PSD layout) the final deliverable will be only design file made in Photoshop.
To get HTML and development you may need to create another project or increase budget.
