Graphic Design Brief

We have an existing sign that needs an update. I have attached a picture of the current square sign. We need to maintain the same wording. It needs to be professional and appropriate to attach to our customers fence. Also attached is a copy of our building sign which may lend some inspiration and hopefully the ai format will assist.
