Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new consulting/ bookkeeping business. I would love to see something with a shooting star. The colors I am going for in my branding are blue, yellow, and black or white. I am open to the tones of those colors and which ever base color the artist thinks would work best. The FAR should be in all caps. I would like the LLC to be there but be tiny. I don’t want anything too whimsical; something simple and progressional.
