Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a cool taqueria. The attached design is almost EXACTLY what I want. You can use the existing layout as a guide, as I think it is perfect. Obvioulsy, we can't copy it exactly for copyright reasons, but a slight manipulation would be good. The name of the restaurant is Chamacos and should be in the same position as in the logo provided. Secondary text will be Tacos and Surf. Inside the surfboard, i'd like to place the kid wrestler (image provided). You can remove all the other imagery. Include the palms for now. we can easily remove later. The logo should be fun and it should be very clear that the images is a kid, not an adult wrestler. I like it black and white with the only color being the mask and outfit of the little boy's costume. I've attached a sample of text i really like
