Logo Design Brief

We need a logo to go with our new name and direction. I want something very simple so it can end up on shirts, cars, mining equipment etc. I have been thinking about using the new name in block text but open to ideas. I want the name/ brand to seem timeless and give me flexibility to pursue other directions with the Company as it grows. I want the logo to give the impression of dependability, not new and hip. We will be installing multi million dollar process plants that need to just be boring and churning away each our of each day
