Logo Design Brief
We are looking for a logo creation for an apartment complex in Beavercreek Ohio. This is a 101 unit complex and the units are nice. The area is not modern by any means. I have attached the current signs which you can tell lack any sense of branding or pop. We are upgrading the units to include granite counter tops. We recently purchased the complex and we are looking to upgrade the overall image and quality of tenant

- The town has a beaver as its logo. We don't necessarily think using a beaver is a good idea but If done properly it might. It would be nice to have the logo tie into something that Beaver Creek is known for in some way if possible. Not required though. I included pictures of the buildings so the designer can choose an appropriate color.
Should not have
- We DO NOT want a house in the logo. No roofs or anything of the sorts.
