Logo Design Brief

I'd like the logo to be "old world" in its looks. Doesn't have to be complex. Something you'd see in an old Italian wine cellar. Possibly have an etched silhouette of a grape vine lightly in the background. I like the idea of a silver or grey label and mainly black font and design.
