Logo Design Brief

Design points to consider:
Should work flat and in minimal 3D (ideally both can be provided if design is chosen)
Should work when all or a part is shrunk to a favicon and app store icon
Should work in monochrome and in full colour
Will be used small and transparent as a video watermark
Will be used on black backgrounds
May be embossed on business cards
Should work without text in the future
Will be animated in the future (e.g flapping angel wing)
Will be accompanied by a sound bite in the future.

Minimalist pictorial designs where a relevant element forms in the negative space
i.e rough example attached hides two 'F's from founderflix in angels wings (one is red and the other is black, to symbolise how an investor will take a startup from debt to positive cash flow. In this instance the black wing would require a white stroke for display on black backgrounds.)
Images that pop in 3D using depth, shading, light play, a highlight, shadow, and hues (3D is the future of video.)

Ideas for consideration:
Imagery related to an angel;
e.g wings, the 'o' in founder shaped like a halo, or the slogan written in the shape of a halo, etc.
Imagery related to equity;
e.g an 'X' shape would signify an importance on a high return on investment multiple, and the 'X' factor. A droplet would represent liquidity, the mutual goal for investors and founders.
Imagery related to video;
e.g a lens aperture/iris leaves inside a halo would tie in the USP.
Trial font is Brandon Grotesque Regular Italic (available on Adobe Fonts, FontShop, and MyFonts), but open to alternatives.

No colour must have's, however preference for darker, richer greens which represent money, prestige, finance, and abundance.

Requirements

Must have

• A minimal 3D and 2D version, full colour which also works in black and white if required. Scalable, one part if not all can be shrunk to a favicon and app store icon, works as a transparent watermark, and works on a black background. Can lend itself to animation. Icon easily seperated from text. Require PSD, EPS, JPG and GIF.

Nice to have

• Clever use of negative space, artistically balanced.

Should not have

• Please do not use the example image provided in your design.
• Usual rules apply, no more than three colours or two fonts, not too detailed etc.
