Product description: Charts, performance/speed ratings and statistics for the sport of horse racing to help people to place bets objectively
Shape: Square (1:1 ratio) or slightly wider logo that can be used both as a mobile app icon (ios+android) and on a web site with the product name underneath in a stylish/custom font
Design: Logo needs to be recognisable as something to do with horse racing (part of racehorse plus part of jockey or jockey cap) plus optionally suggesting any of these keywords: winning/award/performance/speed/charts/ratings/statistics/luxury/ai/technical
Horse & jockey outline/silhouette in a stopwatch circle may work.
Background colours: white (mobile app icon could have coloured gradient or textured background)
