Logo Design Brief

We are a full-service Resort & Marina with 200 wet slips that range from jetski size up to houseboat sizes, 11 lakefront cabins and vacation homes. We are rebranding as the original logo as it is severely outdated and not ours (we purchased this resort late last year. This logo needs to be very versatile so we can change it to say Harbor Village Floating Homes for our sister company or fit any marketing material we need such as table covers for trade shows, brochures, letterhead, etc. We are known for our gorgeous unobstructed sunsets over the lake. I have attached the old logos to this project but we're leaving it up to you, whether you want to keep a similar theme or go a totally different route.
