Logo Design Brief

I’m looking for a logo for a new professional organizing business. I’ve included a rough sketch of one vision I have:
- A blonde girl with a ponytail riding a (nice) horse that is bucking in a fun way. I like the look of the horse but I want to girl to be CUTE (I'm bad at drawing people and am struggling with her! I also want her hair to look blonde, not yellow)
- The girl has a clothes hanger in her hand instead of a cowgirl hat.
- I want the logo to have color, I'm envisioning pastels of aqua, pink, brown
- Logo should have details and definition. Looking for a designer to take my rough draft and produce a nice, clean, finished product.
