T-shirt Design Brief

I need a design for a t-shirt for patients. We provide braces to straighten teeth. This design will be for a special release of the Lion King movie. The design should be unisex and appeals to males, females, adults, teen and children. The t-shirt color will be gold like the lion king gold with only two color ink. Black and White. I have two different design visions :
1. Design of a side view of a lion head with its mouth open showing top and bottom teeth that have braces with a woman dentist stepping on the bottom jaw looking in the lions mouth. The woman dentist should be a full body profile with long curly hair, dressed in a white lab coat and black pants (or a skirt) and black heels holding a big dental mouth mirror.
2. Design of the front of a lion head smiling with braces and the words BRACES... Fit For A KING!
